Any performance of the songs on television or other performance venues under the jurisdiction of a performance rights agency (PRS, ASCAP, BMI etc.) may incur fees independent of this Agreement to use the material for free. Please consult with the relevant performance rights organisations regarding this if you are planning to release a song in this manner. Normally, the broadcasting network and not you pay these fees.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall (subject to the paragraph below) have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the relationship established by them.

"Songs for Girl Bands " shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence or, where these Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the country of your principal place of business.

IN THE EVENT OF ANY MATERIAL BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY USE OF THE SONGS BY A THIRD PARTY, ALL RIGHTS GRANTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL TERMINATE IMMEDIATELY. CONTINUED USE OF THE SONGS BY THE LICENSEE SHALL CONSTITUTE AN INTENTIONAL INFRINGEMENT OF THE COPYRIGHTS IN AND TO THE MUSIC. THE COPYRIGHT OWNER(S) OF THE MUSIC HEREBY RESERVES ALL THEIR RIGHTS TO LEGAL AND FINANCIAL REMEDIES AND RELIEF.
